We create a custom logistics plan to efficiently execute all of the wonderful details and events you have created for your wedding day. ​ We begin our process by meeting over a month prior to become familiar with your venue, vendors, details, and formalities. ​ The first order of business is an in-depth details + timeline meeting. Next up, we connect with your venue and vendors. Followed by the design of your timeline and logistics plan. Finally, we distribute the timeline to all of your vendors. This facilitates seamless collaboration between all of your vendors executing your day perfectly. On the day of we are there for you every step of the way, from setting up your decor to fluffing your veil before you walk down the aisle.
